Yolanda Sánchez Carro

PhD student

Yolanda Sánchez has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a master in Neuroscience from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

During her master’s studies she has been a collaborator in the project “Understanding memory complaints in aging: an approach from genetics. Neuropsychology and anatomo-functional connectivity”; she is also collaborating in practical teaching.

At present she is a predoctoral researcher in the Department of Psychiatry of the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid; she is developing her doctoral thesis line “Influence of the inflammatory state on clinical and cognitive variables in Major Depressive Disorder.”

She likewise participates in other investigations and activities of the research group.
